These conditions have been drafted in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on services of the information society and electronic commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade, and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and any other applicable legal provisions.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise regarding the validity, execution, compliance, or termination, in whole or in part, of these conditions, ROTELPA, S.L. and the Users expressly waive their own jurisdiction or any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, and submit to the competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Vigo (Spain).
