Where can I receive my order?

To the address of your choice (home, work, etc.), but we do not ship to a P.O. box.

Can it be shipped anywhere in the world?

For now, we have a limited number of countries to which we ship. If your country is not listed as a shipping method, please contact us at shop@okycoky.com and we will notify you when a shipping method becomes available.

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla generate handling and export documentation costs already included in the final price .

You may have to pay taxes and duties (IGIC) at the time of collection, which are not included in the final price.

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the shipping system you have selected, but they usually do not take more than 3 days.

Orders received before 12:00 PM on any business day will be shipped the same day. Once the shipping company picks up your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your shipment on the shipping company's website.

How much are the shipping costs?

Depending on the shipping method you choose, once you've confirmed your shopping cart and provided your shipping information, the system will offer you the available options. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or order total. These additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's import costs before placing your order. The shipping company will require payment of these fees in order to release your package; these are not additional shipping costs. We will never mark packages as 'gifts' or undervalue them.

How does Sequra's installment payment plan work?

Pay in 3 installments at no extra cost, or in 6, 12, or 18 months for just a small monthly fee. Divide your order into 3 equal payments, at no additional cost. One payment per month. It's that simple. Instant and paperless.

For example, if you choose to pay for an order of €100 in 3 months, you would pay €33.33 at the time of purchase and another €33.33 the following two months.

Split your order payment into 6, 12, or 18 months for just a small fixed monthly fee. All you need is your ID, mobile phone, and bank card. Instant and paperless. You can complete the payment whenever you want at no extra cost. 18-month payment plans are only available for orders of €390 or more.

For example, if you choose to pay for an order of €180 over 6 months, you would pay €33 per month (just €3 per month per installment). It's that easy and quick to split your payment with SeQura:

1. Select Pay in Installments as your payment method at checkout.
2. Enter your details (ID and mobile number), choose your payment plan and pay the first monthly installment.
3. Enjoy your purchase! The remaining payments will be made automatically each month.

How does Sequra's pay-later option work?

Receive your order and check it at your leisure before paying. We'll notify you when your order leaves the store, and you'll have 7 days to check and pay, at no extra cost.

Buying with SeQura's Pay Later is that easy, fast, and secure:

1. Select Pay Later as your payment method at checkout.
2. Enter your details (ID and mobile number). No payment details required and no additional cost.
3. Enjoy your purchase! Check your order and pay up to 7 days after shipment. SeQura will notify you by email with the payment date and method.
