Returning or exchanging items from your order is simple and hassle-free. You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to do so.

Additionally, we instantly refund your money the moment you choose to initiate the return. We can either collect the package from your home or you can drop it off at a "drop-off point." We manage this entire process seamlessly through REVENI.

To start the return process, you will need to enter your order ID (e.g., ES-1592) and your email address. Remember, if you have any doubts, you can always contact us via email (shop@okyofficial.com) or phone (+34 986 240 001 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM).

Next, you will be asked to select the reason for the exchange or return, and whether you prefer a home collection or dropping it off at a "drop-off point."

If you need a size exchange, please specify it in your request, and we will ship the new size the very same day (subject to stock availability).
