Shipping policy

We offer free express shipping for all orders to Mainland Spain (Peninsual), the Balearic Islands, and Europe (minimum order €40.00), and express shipping at a cost of €16.00 to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores, and Madeira (taxes and duties —such as IGIC, etc.— are not included in the final price).

We ship through various transport companies or postal services, aiming to choose the one with the best delivery performance in your area.

Every working day, we prepare orders starting at 12:00 PM (noon). Therefore, if your order is placed before 12:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day.

Orders shipped on the same day usually arrive the following day. Exceptionally, depending on the destination town, the courier company, and external factors, delivery time may take up to 3 days. We will indicate a different delivery timeframe for any garments that are not available at the time of the order.

If you have placed an order with us, you can use the tracking number to follow its progress on the transport company or postal service's website.
